Our Commitment
At Athletxwear, we stand behind every product we sell. Every pair is 100% authentic, sourced from official retailers and authorised distributors. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — within the terms below.
Pre-Order Deposits
- Deposits lock in your item and your price at the time of purchase.
- If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is forfeited.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order due to supplier unavailability, we will refund your deposit in full within 3–5 business days.
- The remaining balance (60%) is due upon arrival — you will be notified via WhatsApp or email.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges (not refunds) within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn — no signs of use on the sole or upper.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, tissue, and box intact.
- Exchange must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be tricky with international sneaker brands. We strongly recommend:
- Checking our Size Guide before ordering.
- Messaging us on WhatsApp before purchase — our team can advise on sizing for specific models.
- Size exchanges are treated the same as standard exchanges and must meet all conditions above.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Send photos of the item and packaging clearly showing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- We cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Items that have been worn, used, or show any signs of wear.
- Items returned without original packaging, box, or tags.
- Items exchanged more than 14 days after delivery.
- Sale items or items purchased at a discounted price (unless defective).
- Clothing, accessories, and keychains (final sale).
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds except in the following circumstances:
- The item is confirmed defective and no suitable replacement is available.
- We are unable to fulfil a pre-order and the deposit must be returned.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
How to Request an Exchange

- Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
- Send clear photos of the item (all angles, sole, tags, and box).
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2–3 business days.
