Welcome to Athletxwear. By placing an order or browsing our website at athletxwear.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Orders & Payment

Pre-Orders & Deposits

Many of our products are available on a pre-order basis, as they are sourced internationally from official retailers and authorised distributors.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total order value is required to confirm all pre-orders.
  • The remaining 60% balance is due when your order arrives and is ready to ship.
  • Deposits secure your item and lock in the price at the time of purchase.
  • If you cancel a pre-order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is forfeited.
  • If the item becomes unavailable from our supplier for reasons beyond our control, the full deposit will be refunded.

In-Stock Orders

  • In-stock items require full payment at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your deposit is guaranteed for your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Pre-order delivery times are estimated at 15–20 business days from the date the item is dispatched from our supplier.
  • In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2–5 business days across Egypt.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over 3,000 EGP.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every product sold by Athletxwear is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from official brand retailers and authorised distributors. We do not sell replicas, fakes, or unauthorised products of any kind. If you believe you have received a non-authentic item, contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

Please see our full Refund & Exchange Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for refund — exchanges only.
  • Pre-order deposits are non-refundable once paid.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging cannot be exchanged.

Product Availability

As we deal in limited-edition and internationally sourced footwear, product availability can change rapidly. We make every effort to keep our website up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all listed items will remain available. In the rare event that a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Athletxwear or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission from us.

Limitation of Liability

Athletxwear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
